Teachers, Turn your idea into reality

San Luis Coastal Education Foundation’s grantmaking strategy is intended to inspire our partners in education throughout the San Luis Coastal Unified School District to dream big, be creative, and accomplish projects they never before thought possible. Foundation grants are designed to encourage, facilitate, recognize and reward innovative and creative educational activities that accomplishment the program priorities shared by the Foundation and school district.

Innovation Grants

Through our $10,000 Innovation Grants, the Foundation is looking for ‘big ideas’ with potential to scale that will have a long-term impact on learning.

Any school site personnel within San Luis Coastal Unified School District are eligible to apply.

Teacher Impact Grants

Our Teacher Grants are designed to make sure our teachers have access to the resources they need to have an immediate impact on learning. We provide funding up-to $1,000 for individual teacher ideas, and up-to $5,000 for resources that support a department or school site.

Individual or teams of classroom teachers within San Luis Coastal Unified School District are eligible to apply.

Fund4Students

Our students are critical partners in making our schools a better place to be and learn. Through our $1,000 Student Grants, we will support innovative ideas developed and championed by our next generation of leaders.

Individual or teams of high school students within San Luis Coastal Unified School District are eligible to apply.
